Leo J. Puhalla practices in the firm’s Business Law, Estate Planning, Probate Administration, and Nonprofit Law sections. In his practice, Mr. Puhalla advises individuals and companies in any and all matters related to business operations including but not limited to business formation, real estate transactions, buy-sell agreements, contract issues, and all matters related to estate planning and probate administration Mr. Puhalla actively represents individuals, small businesses, publicly traded national companies and several not-for-profit enterprises.

Community Involvement

• Mr. Puhalla previously served as the Chairperson for Catholic Charities Regional Agency and has also served on the Board of Directors for Beatitude House, Villa Maria Residential Services, and the Financial Advisory Board for the Sisters of the Humility of Mary. In addition, Mr. Puhalla previously served as an assistant Scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts of America.
