Jeffrey D. Heintz practices in the firm’s Estate Planning and Probate Law, Real Estate Law, Business Law and Government Law sections. Mr. Heintz is an OSBA Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. In his practice, Mr. Heintz counsels clients in government law and counsels both local governments and financial institutions in connection with municipal financing and public securities issues.

Mr. Heintz assists clients in the probate and administration of estates, guardianships and trusts and in the preparation of wills, trusts and other estate planning documents, utilizing estate planning tools tailored for estates ranging in size from small to large, including techniques specifically designed for small and closely held family-owned businesses. He advises clients in connection with the purchase and sale of real estate and assists clients with construction and mechanics lien disputes. Mr. Heintz also represents clients in the formation of businesses, in the negotiation and preparation of agreements and contracts, including the buying and selling of businesses.

Mr. Heintz is an agent of Commerce Title Agency of Youngstown, LLC, a full-service real estate title agency owned by the firm. Commerce Title Agency provides title, closing and escrow services for residential and commercial real estate transactions, including IRS Section 1031 Exchanges, in Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana Counties.
