Following thirty-eight years in private practice in Youngstown, Al Fleming joined MNB, Of Counsel, on March 1, 2014. His practice concentrations are Commercial Real Estate Law, Healthcare Law, Commercial Transactions, Business Law, Oil and Gas Law and Trusts and Estates.
Mr. Fleming counsels clients in all aspects of commercial real estate development, business formation and succession planning, business relationship disputes and litigation. He has handled all aspects of major national shopping center development, including the acquisition and development of commercial real estate, reciprocal easement agreements and contractual relationships between the developer with national and regional tenants.
He has also been involved in the formation, purchase, sale and transition of many business entities including joint ventures between physicians and healthcare facilities, manufacturing facilities, farms and general commercial entities. His commercial real estate practice also includes the representation of a national gaming company in the acquisition and development of a thoroughbred horse racing facility combined with a casino in Ohio. His commercial real estate practice includes extensive experience in all aspects of oil and gas law.
Mr. Fleming represented a national shopping center developer for several years prior to private practice and joining Manchester Newman & Bennett in 2014.
